Those companies who intend to
participate in the exhibition should:
1. Communicate with us for
registration, booths choosing and booking.
2. Download the
Application Form/contract
here, fill all the items on it, sign it and then send back to Mr.
Chris Lian at chris.lian@tiansheng.com.cn.(Note: The contents filled into the Application Form
will be published in the Show Catalogue, so a typewritten copy or
clear handwritten script in Chinese and English should be provided).
Those companies whose foreign-funded capital is exceeded 50% of the
total investment are regarded as the foreign invested companies.
2. Please make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as
deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the Organizer within
one week after application. The balance of the payment shall be
settled before Sep. 1, 2008. The allocation of booths is based on
the principle of “first-come-first-served” in terms of application
and payment.
3. Upon payment of all the fees, exhibitors are required to fax the
slip of the bank transfer to the Organizer.
4. After receiving the booth rental, the Organizer will send a copy
of Exhibitor's Manual (all the detailed information about the expo:
shipping, hotel, furniture, booth design and construction, etc.) to
the exhibitor one month before the opening of the exhibition.
